Castlehill is currently a no smoking / no pets house. Occupancy is limited to 6 people except by prior arrangement.

We will require a deposit to confirm a booking and balances are payable 6 weeks in advance of the start of the holiday.

Guests are advised to obtain suitable holiday insurance as the level of refund following cancellation will be dependent on our success in re-letting the house. Annual holiday cancellation insurance is available from under £20.

The house is available from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10.30am on the day of departure. The house is checked thoroughly between each let, however in an effort to keep our prices as low as possible, it is a condition of the let that the house and contents are left clean and tidy.

If you let us know how many beds you require they will be made up for your arrival and there are hand towels, bath towels and bath mats in the bathroom and shower room. A hand towel, 2 tea towels, oven gloves and some dishcloths are provided in the kitchen and gloves and floor cloths in the utility room.  Please bring any additional bath towels, beach towels, tea towels etc you may require.
